Limited Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

9449612 Canada Inc., doing business as Westmount Waterworks (hereinafter “Westmount Waterworks”), products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship, and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year. No returns or refunds accepted after 30 days and the faucets must be in the original condition. No returns or refunds accepted on faucets that have been installed. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser’s receipt.
 

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and applies only to correctly installed, normally used and properly maintained products. This warranty excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, accidents, improper maintenance or cleaning (causing namely dirt or rustiness), impurity or improper pressure of the water, use of any parts not manufactured by Westmount Waterworks. Whether performed by the consumer or any third party such as a contractor, plumber, service company or yourself.

Westmount Waterworks will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where Westmount Waterworks inspection discloses such defects, leakage or dripping. In case of non-availability of the claimed product, substitution of similar product or interchangeable parts will be suggested.

In no event shall Westmount Waterworks be liable for any labor charges, and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, accessory, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever. In any case, Westmount Waterworks liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Please be sure to provide all related information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model, number, color, finish, the date of the product was purchased, and from whom the product was purchased.

Please be advised that the present warranty is the only warranty offered by 9449612 Canada Inc., Westmount Waterworks on the purchased product, jurisdiction is the Province of Quebec, Country of Canada.
