You will be emailed a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will contain all tracking information for your order. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship from our warehouse. If more than 7 days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at care@westmountwaterworks.com and we would be glad to review the status of your order.

Please allow between 7-10 days for your order to arrive once you receive the shipment confirmation email.
